Personal Identification Policy

Buyers Credit Coach, Inc. Will Not ask clients to send their personal information to a coach or to the company.  The following may be required by creditors or the credit bureau:

1. Social Security Verification, these are the acceptable forms of verification. Make sure you gather these forms of information to prepare yourself for validating your disputes or challenges:

• Photocopy of your Social Security Card
• Photocopy of your pay stub showing your full social security number
• Photocopy of your W-2
• Photocopy of Health Insurance Card showing your full social security number

2. Address Verification

• Photocopy of a preprinted bill (utility, credit card, etc.,) with your name and current address where you reside.
• Photocopy of your driver’s license

3. Completed Application Page (on-line payment options, hard copy available upon request only).

4. Signed or Acknowledged Disclosure Statement (on-line acknowledgement or hard copy upon request.  BCC use technology to maintain records)
   
   
5. Signed or Acknowledged Terms & Conditions Agreement (on-line acknowledgement or hard copy upon request.  BCC use technology to maintain records).
